ING Direct Essay Contest Entry
Road trips are always fun whether it’s short and long. It's doesn't really matter where you heading because it’s all about having fun throughout the trip. Many times we start trips without proper planning and end up wasting lot of time sparkling tension, stress to ruin the whole spirit. To be more perspicuity on my statement, every good trip needs proper planning and flexibility to make last minute changes.
Back in India, it’s really a tough deal to get your dreams realized. Obstacles hinder every part of the way. On the other hand, America - land of opportunity and euphemism to dream land embraces with open arms opening its window to visualize my dreams.
I have a dream to go around America visiting all the State Capital Cities via Road. I know it’s a big dream. To start with, first I need a good chuck of money to buy or rent a RV, next good savings to cover all my current expenses and finally when I am ready I need proper route plan to prepare for the trip.
Every big Journey should always start with a first single step.
I took my first step by investing monthly on few CD’s in my credit union for merely 4% interest. Until I hit the orange signal from ING as warning, I didn't realize my money can work harder than I thought. I switched my route immediately moving my funds to ING to get ready for my dream trip in 10 years.
